How do we work?

We operate in the direct search model, utilising the method of headhunting among so-called passive candidates. We actively seek individuals ranging from specialists to managerial and executive positions. Our operations cover the entire territory of Poland, with 99% of our work being conducted remotely. Our remuneration is based on a success fee, preceded by a nominal charge for initiating the recruitment process.

We run the recruitment process from A to Z. We select the best candidates for all job levels, regardless of industry. We search mainly among so-called passive candidates, and we also use our candidate database, responsive job advertisements and social media campaigns.
